How to book my services

Due to the wonderful relationship we have with Bella Sera and the staff the wedding consultant will handle all wedding bookings, contracts and wedding day payments. *Any Engagement or second shooter options go through Brad Riggio Photography directly.

Bella Sera Services

Starting service at Bella Sera 2 Hours prior to your ceremony start, covering the rest of your wedding day, and Ending Service at the original reception end time.
Additional locations, other than Bella Sera, before the ceremony may be added for an additional charge.
If you wish to add an additional hour of service, before the ceremony, please contact the Bella Sera wedding consultant and they will add the hour plus the added fee to your services
Starting service 3 Hours prior to your ceremony start, covering the rest of your wedding day, and Ending Service at the original reception end time.
We will discuss where you would like me start my services during the phone consultation.

You will receive an email 10-14 days before your wedding date to set up a phone appointment. I highly recommend we set up the appointment for the week of your wedding on Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday to go over all of your photography details and timeline.* I Photograph over 40 weddings a year and I want to make sure your details are very fresh in my mind.I always write down everything we discuss however; it is much better for both of us if we talk 3 to 5 days out from your wedding
Your phone appointment typically takes 15-20 minutes for the photographic information I will need. Of course I will be happy to answer any and all questions regarding your additional requests for groups and images.
Your contracted delivery time on all the images is exactly 6 weeks after the wedding day.These images are color corrected to the scene they are taken in and brightened or darkened when necessary.
Images will be delivered via the internet. A link will be emailed to you along with a personal release form. The site will allow you to view & download all of your high resolution images directly to your computer. Feel free to also share the link to your images with family and friends so they may view & download the images as well.
Adding additional service time before your ceremony is $350 per hour. Contact the Bella Sera wedding consultant directly for adding this service
Some clients choose to do all their family images before the ceremony. The added hour gives us the time to complete that request without taking away from any other start of the day moments.
Second shooter: A second main shooter maybe added to your wedding at the time of booking your event. Months out from your wedding the second shooter option maybe unavailable.

Getting Ready

Typically starting with the bride upstairs photographing the detailed images. The dress(s), shoes and jewelry are the first items I concentrate on.
Taking any images of the girls in the bridal party in special outfits or even doing a toast before everyone gets dressed.
Candids of the Brides side and Grooms side are taken throughout your getting ready process, when applicable.
After the bride and everyone else in the brides party are ready the immediate family groups images are taken upstairs unless otherwise discussed in the phone consultation.
If you wish to have a First Look we will discuss the best time and place at Bella in the phone consultation.
The Grooms family images are normally taken immediately following the ceremony. Grooms family and groomsmen images are taken outdoors (weather permitting )or in front of the fireplace or grand staircase .The exact time will be discussed in the phone appointment.

Ceremony

Your ceremony is candid in nature. Photographing each special moment while being discrete is the primary goal.
We will discuss any special moments, such as a sand ceremony, special candle, wine-box, ribbon or cross completion in the phone consultation to ensure capturing the uniqueness of your wedding vows.

Couple & Groups

Due to the tight time schedule we will begin family photographs 5-10 minutes after the ceremony.
First we will photograph both sets of families separate/together with the bride and groom. The bridal party will then be taken separate and together either indoors or outdoors weather permitting.
After the bridal party has been photographed I will concentrate the time remaining on the bride and grooms photographs together. If requested ,we can also take photographs on the Grand Staircase as we head back upstairs.
I photograph the finished room setup details immediately before the guest enter the reception.

Reception

I will capture the scheduled events of the reception along with several candid images of your guests having a great time.
Any additional group photographs that need taken I am right there to capture them.
If you choose to do a few night images at Bella Sera we can go outdoors for a brief photoshoot so you won't miss key moments of your reception.
I typically stay until the original end time of your reception because the very best candid images are taken 90 minutes before the reception finalizes. And we all know why!
